Resep Dendeng Kalem

Bahan:
½ kg daging , dipotong tipis
1 sdt asam jawa + 50 ml air
2 lembar daun salam
3 batang serai, dimemarkan
1 liter air
50 ml minyak goreng
Bumbu Halus:
10 butir bawang merah
4 siung bawang putih
1 sdm gula jawa
1 sdm ketumbar
2 sdt garam
3 cm lengkuas muda
Cara Membuat:
1. Rebus daging, serai, daun salam, air asam jawa,dan bumbu halus hingga air mengering.
2. Masukkan minyak goreng, aduk sampai daging kering dan matang sambil dibolak-balik.
